Arrival time:

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure adequate time to check in and update your file.

 

Late Arrival:

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment visit. No show appointments will be charged in full.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that your time is valuable and should you need to cancel, please contact us 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. All cancellations with less than a 48 hour notice are subject to a $50.00 Cancellation Fee. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Cell phone Policy:

Pam Chaney Aesthetics is a relaxing environment and a retreat away from home. For your own enjoyment and in consideration of our other guests, we ask that you silence all cell phones.

 

Payment:

We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash and care credit.

 

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are available in any amount and may be used for any service, packages or retail purchase. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and may not be redeemable for cash.

 

Gratuity:

Gratuities are at your discretion, and are always appreciated by our aestheticians.

Referral Policy:

Refer a new client to our practice and receive a $50 credit towards any service or product after the new client’s first treatment is complete. You must use your credit within one year. There is no cash value associated with this credit.

Refunds:

Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome. Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.

Important Information:

For your safety, please inform our staff if you are using Retin-A, Glycolic Acid or taking Accutane prior to receiving any skin care or hair removal treatment. Advise our staff of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your service.

Age Requirement:

A minimum age of 18 is required for access within our facility.
