Policy

Return Policy

All services, service packages, and prepaid treatments are non-refundable, and non-transferable to others. Unused services can be exchanged for in house credit, for use on other services, based on the discretion and decision of Pam Chaney Aesthetics providers. Any unpaid balances will be transferred into in-house client bank unless invoice is paid within 60 days. We cannot guarantee pricing on services or products after 60 days.
Products cannot be returned or refunded..However: If an adverse reaction is experienced while using a product, please contact our office so that our Medical skin care specialists or Registered Nurses can evaluate you.

Gift Cards

Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please note that gift cards or gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded.

Children Policy

We want your time with us to be rejuvenating, so we request that you leave children under the age of 12 at home to maximize the enjoyment of your experience as well as other guests.

Cancellation/No-show Policy

In an effort to remain timely with all our patients and to provide openings in our schedule, we have implemented the following Cancellation policy.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.

We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card.*

  • A $75 non-refundable commitment fee will be collected when scheduling appointments and this fee is to insure your commitment to your scheduled appointment and will be retained if the policy is not followed, otherwise the $75 can be applied to any product or service in the spa.
  • Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time or failure to show up for your appointment will result in cancellation of appointment and a $75 charge.
  • Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive NO charges.
  • Please arrive 10 -15 minutes prior to appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, time will be subtracted from service or the service will be rescheduled, as it will conflict with the providers other scheduled appointments. The $75 commitment fee will then be retained for failure to follow policy.

 

CONFIRMATION REMINDERS

As a courtesy, we send out SMS messages to confirm your service appointments three days prior to your appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, therefore all our appointments are confirmed by phone 24-48 hours prior to the appointment as well. Please ensure that we have your current mobile number on file so that we can reach you and your email. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.

*If your credit card on file declines, the charge will be placed on your account. Failure to pay your balance will affect your ability to book future appointments. Delinquent accounts may be sent to a collection agency.
