The most common Dermal Fillers used at Pam Chaney Aesthetics are a gel-like product with a smooth consistency made of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in your skin. Fillers can be used to eliminate wrinkles, plump and hydrate lips, replenish soft-tissue volume loss, raise scar depressions, and volumize creases and folds of the face. Our skin becomes more vulnerable to forming wrinkles and fine lines as we age, particularly due to sun damage and muscle movement. Through facial injections, fillers can repair such damage.
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally found carbohydrate in the human body. HA keeps our skin hydrated, plump, and full. HA works by attracting water to the injection area and injecting it into our skin cells. It can add volume to cheekbones, erase nasolabial folds, and plump up lips.

Signature Cheek & Under Eye Filler

Fillers for cheeks and under eyes restore volume loss in the mid-face, creating a more youthful appearance. Cheek / Midface Filler

Adding filler to the cheeks lifts and contours them. Filler treatments decrease the appearance of the nasolabial folds, known as laugh lines. Between one and three syringes are usually used.
Chin Augmentation

With age, our lower face loses both bone and soft tissue. Fillers enhance and anti-age the chin, giving shape and definition to the face and improving and balancing the profile. Hand Filler

Mini Face Lift

A mini facelift with dermal fillers, often termed a “liquid facelift,” uses injectables to restore facial volume, lift sagging skin, and smooth wrinkles. The procedure offers a non-surgical alternative to traditional facelifts with immediate results and minimal downtime. Results are temporary, typically lasting between 6 months and 2 years, depending on the dermal filler type and individual factors.
The dermal fillers used at Pam Chaney Aesthetics are hyaluronic acid-based. By using fillers, wrinkles can be eliminated, lips can be plumped and hydrated, volume loss in the face can be replaced, scar depressions can be raised, and facial creases can be filled in. Our skin becomes more prone to fine lines and wrinkles as we age, especially as a result of sun damage and muscle movements. Through facial injections, facial fillers provide a solution to such damage.
As everyone’s needs vary, and because there are so many treatments involving filler, a personal consultation is the best way to determine a price. Prices for filler treatments begin at $800. Not only does the cost of the product reflect the cost of the product, but also the expertise, knowledge, and skill of the injector.
The results of treatment are visible immediately. About 2-3 weeks after injections, the product settles, and you will enjoy the final results. It is advisable to give yourself a minimum of 2 weeks before any event or vacation in case of residual swelling and bruising.
Every individual and every treatment is different in terms of longevity. Since the product is injected into the body, some bodies will metabolize it faster than others.
The results of facial fillers are temporary, so to maintain results, re-treatments will be necessary regularly.
You could have some bruising, so we recommend that any event or vacation should be planned two weeks in advance.
