Pam Chaney is the founder, owner, and director of Pam Chaney Aesthetics located in Elkhart Indiana. Pam is a Registered Nurse, BSN, MSN, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, and Medical Esthetic Practitioner Certified. She is a National Trainer and faculty member for Galderma, on the advisory board for Evolus, as well as a PDO thread trainer. Pam takes pride in educating others on the safety and efficacy of her procedures. Pam’s journey in aesthetics first started when working alongside plastic surgeons, and out of this, her passion for aesthetics was born. Her social platforms have grown exponentially and she has received numerous awards in the industry as well as the top 100 Best Aesthetic Injectors in America, for three years in a row. She was featured in USA Today in 2016 and continues staying abreast of cutting-edge technology by furthering her education daily. She is well known for her expertise with facial balancing, utilizing all tools in an aesthetic injectors toolbox: fillers, toxins, and PDO Max threads. Known as the “Davinci” with a syringe, she combines artistry with science and beauty.

Gina Thornton, DNP, RN, FNP-C is our leading wellness provider. Gina obtained a bachelors with honors and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from Saint Mary College. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner, thus enabling her to serve individuals across the lifespan. Nutrition and wellness have been the cornerstone of her academic and professional career. She spent four years conducting research on the nutritional gaps of young and middle aged adults. Gina brings her passion for nutrition and holistic, functional medicine to the wellness program here at Pam Chaney Aesthetics.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is actively increasing her knowledge pertaining to functional medicine and gut health. Gina believes health is a cumulation of environmental, physical, and psychological facets and each client deserves an individualized plan of care. Her passion for not only health and wellness, but for her clients enables her to actively work alongside her clients to reach their wellness goals and achieve long-term success.
Kayla graduated from the Aveda Fredric’s Institute in Indianapolis in 2018 before joining our team. Before that, Kayla worked under Pam at the Centre PC for three years, helping with day to day operations. With extensive knowledge of all of the services and products offered at Pam Chaney Aesthetics, Kayla is able to effectively consult treatments and skincare with clients. Her passion for making her clients happy, along with her infectious smile and kind personality makes you feel right at home!
Ashley graduated with High Distinction from Indiana University School of Nursing. After graduation, she worked as a certified critical care nurse while obtaining her Masters Degree in Nursing Administration from Bethel College. With a passion for leadership, Ashley worked as the Director of Nursing for an Intensive Care Unit. Throughout her career in leadership, she enjoyed navigating the business side of healthcare and empowering colleagues by providing a voice for clinical staff and nurses. Most recently, Ashley has centered her focus around family, health, and wellness. Through this new focus, she discovered a burning desire for knowledge on noninvasive procedures that promote prevention, protection and rejuvenation of the skin. Ashley is excited to join our team as an aesthetic nurse who provides safe, noninvasive solutions to enhance natural beauty and wellbeing.

My name is Annabell. I am a licensed medical aesthetician, with a speciality in lasers. I’m originally from Buffalo, New York. Skin health has been my passion for quite some time. And it all started with my own struggles that I have endured with my skin. It is such a rewarding job being able to help people with their skin concerns, and watch the remarkable results through various treatments and technologies. Fun fact: I love cooking it up in the kitchen and in the laser room.
Jennifer is a Master Aesthetician who has been practicing skincare for over 20 years. She has also owned and managed salons and day spas in California, Las Vegas & Indiana. She has a true love and passion for the industry which started when she was just 14 years old.
Jennifer attended The Euphoria Beauty Arts & Sciences in Henderson, Nevada in 2003 but her education hasn’t stopped. She has remained a student since, attending numerous classes and has earned several certifications in her field. She has also trained fellow Estheticians on facial procedures, protocols and techniques.
Jennifer’s philosophy has always been progressive and result driven, creating a plan for each individual’s unique skin care needs. At the same time she feels it is just as important for her clients to have a beautiful relaxing environment to unwind in. “Helping my clients unwind, and feel relaxed, is just as important to me as their skincare needs. Focusing on the wellness side of the business is something I take very seriously.”
Jennifer is married to her best friend and is a mother to three boy’s, a mamaw to three grandchildren and also has three fur babies. In her offtime she loves to be in nature and you can find her hiking on most weekends.
Makayla has been a certified phlebotomist since 2017 and a certified medical assistant since 2018. she graduated from Goshen College in 2022 with a bachelors in biology. She has worked in out patient centers and as a traveling phlebotomist. She developed an interest in aesthetics in 2020 because of her love to make people feel better about themselves as a whole. When she is not at work you can find here with her family and dog out on the water!
