What is Sculptra?
Sculptra is known as a liquid facelift. The injectable material Sculptra is made of poly-L-lactic acid, which is biocompatible (does not harm the body) and biodegradable (can be broken down by the body).
How does Sculptra work?
Sculptra is an injectable solution that aims to restore and correct facial fat loss by replacing its volume. Human or animal sources are not used, nor does a skin test need to be performed. Most people require three injection sessions spaced six weeks apart to see the full effect. Because of the swelling caused by injections and the water used to dilute the product, your first treatment may appear that Sculptra is working immediately. In a few days, the swelling will subside, and you may look as you did before the treatment, but after 2-3 months, your body begins to produce its own collagen, resulting in long-lasting results.
How long does Sculptra last?
Results from Sculptra can last as long as two years.
What is Radiesse?
Radiesse is composed of calcium hydroxylapatite. Radiesse also stimulates your body to produce collagen and grows collagen around the injection site, as is the case with Sculptra.
How long does Radiesse last?
Radiesse typically lasts for nine to twelve months. The body safely metabolizes it over time as it naturally degrades. There is no need for skin testing.
What is Renuva?

How long does Renuva last?
After the first three months post-treatment, Renuva disappears and is replaced by your own fat cells. Fat cells have an average lifespan of 5 – 10 years.
What are possible adverse effects?
It is possible that some of these injectable products can cause adverse effects, but fortunately, they are rare. Symptoms may include bruising, bleeding, infection, swelling, inflammation resulting in nodules, cold sores, blisters, scarring, and numbness.
