As a front desk concierge Brooke strives to make you feel welcomed and appreciated while visiting the spa. She enjoys getting to know guests by name to ensure you have a more personal experience. Brooke has worked in customer service for over 17 years and has been in health care since 2021. Her love for aesthetics began when a friend recommended Pam Chaney for botox and it has been a part of her life ever since. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her children and family.
